Information related to the Coronavirus COVID-19, dated 18/03/2020
On March 11th 2020, the World Health Organization (WHO) has officially classified the coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19) as a global pandemic. In the meantime, international governments have imposed various far-reaching measures and (travel) restrictions.
Our hotels are and will remain open as usual until further notice. Our hotels are small-scale and no large groups of people come together. We do our utmost to guarantee your and our safety and hygiene. Our employees and suppliers have been informed to take the applicable hygiene instructions of the GGD and RIVM into consideration and to avoid physical contact. To meet the highest standards of safety and hygiene in the rooms, apartments and reception, we clean and disinfect all areas regularly. We pay extra attention to door handles, banisters, kitchen and toilets. We also ask you as a guest to follow the hygiene instructions: wash your hands regularly and use the available disinfection lotion, cough and sneeze in the inside of your elbow and use paper tissues. If you wish to have breakfast, we will deliver this to your room. The main restaurant is closed according government regulations. In addition, we prefer not to accept cash payments, please use debit- or credit card instead.
Due to the exceptional situation that we are all currently in, we have “mitigating circumstances” regarding cancelling your non-refundable booking.
- Did you book and prepay with us and is your planned arrival and departure date between March 17th and April 9th? Then we will move your reservation free of charge, with retention of the payment already made, to an alternative date in 2020. Please contact the hotel on +31 23 527 17 87 or via firstname.lastname@example.org. We are happy to help you choose a suitable new date.
- Did you book and prepay with us and is your planned arrival and departure date after April 9th 2020? Then cancellation is at your own risk and your own account.
We continuously inform ourselves about the current situation and will adjust our measures when necessary. Naturally we put your and our health first in taking these measures and we are happy to think along with you.
We thank you for your understanding in these exceptional times and wish you a pleasant stay.
